SHIPPING POLICY – PRINT999

OVERVIEW
At Print999, every product is made-to-order after you place your order. This print‑on‑demand process ensures premium quality, reduced waste and fresh stock for every devotee.

1. PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIME
• Production time: 1–2 business days  
• Quality check & packing: Up to 1 business day  
• Dispatch: Once your order passes quality check, it is handed over to our courier partner.

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays and festival shutdowns.

2. DELIVERY TIME – INDIA
Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days  
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days  
• Remote / difficult-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days

Overall expected delivery time (production + shipping) is usually:

• Metros: 5–7 business days from order date  
• Tier 2 / Tier 3: 7–9 business days  
• Remote areas: 9–12 business days  

These are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, strikes or other factors beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Orders of ₹999 and above: FREE shipping within India  
• Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 shipping fee  

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on cart value.

4. COURIER PARTNERS
We ship through trusted partners, including (but not limited to):
• Blue Dart  
• Delhivery  
• DTDC  
• India Post / Speed Post (for certain pin codes and remote locations)

The courier is auto-selected based on your delivery address and serviceability.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking ID  
• SMS / WhatsApp updates where supported  
• A tracking link to follow real-time status on the courier’s website

If you create an account on print999.com, you can also view basic order status from your dashboard.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code and mobile number are accurate and complete at checkout.

• If the address is incorrect/incomplete, delivery may fail or be delayed.  
• Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the parcel may be marked as “RTO” (returned to origin).

If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address, or  
• Repeated delivery attempts failed, or  
• Delivery refused by the recipient,  

we can re-ship the parcel after confirmation from you. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

• Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product.  
• Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@print999.com with your order number and photos.  

We will coordinate with the courier and, if damage is confirmed, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution as per our Refund Policy.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Print999 ships within India only.

We plan to add selected international shipping options (including via Amazon/other partners) in the future. When this goes live, this policy will be updated with:
• Eligible countries and regions  
• Estimated transit times  
• International shipping charges and duties

9. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:
• Courier operational issues  
• Public holidays and festivals  
• Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns or events beyond our control

However, we will always support you in tracking your order and coordinating with the courier wherever possible.
