Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be required).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged product

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
