Print999 Return and Refund Policy

OVERVIEW
Print999 is committed to customer satisfaction. Because all our products are print‑on‑demand T‑shirts made especially for you, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and our small business.

1. RETURN WINDOW
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
• The delivery date is based on the courier tracking update.

2. ELIGIBLE REASONS (QUALITY ISSUES ONLY)
We accept returns/exchanges only for:
• Print defects (faded, misaligned, smudged or patchy print)
• Major colour difference compared to product photos
• Manufacturing defects (holes, torn stitching, damaged fabric)
• Wrong size or design sent by us (our packing error)
• Item damaged in transit (with photos on the day of delivery)

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible:
• Item must be unworn and unwashed.
• Tags and original packaging should be intact (where applicable).
• You must provide your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the issue.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume or damage caused by misuse will be rejected.

4. NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
• Orders where the wrong size was chosen by the customer (please check the Size Guide carefully).
• Change of mind, personal taste or “don’t like it in real life”.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Gift cards.

5. PRINT‑ON‑DEMAND & SIZING NOTE
All Print999 products are made‑to‑order. We do not hold inventory or resell returned items. This is why we only accept returns for genuine quality issues or mistakes from our side. Always refer to the size chart on the product page before ordering.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Step 1 – Email us within 7 days of delivery at:
support@print999.com

Include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear description of the issue
• 2–3 photos showing the defect/damage

Step 2 – Our team will review your request within 24 hours and reply with:
• Approval + return instructions, or
• Reason for rejection if it does not meet this policy.

Step 3 – If approved, ship the product back to the address we share by email. 

Return shipping cost:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping, except when we shipped the wrong item/size or the product arrived damaged.

7. REFUNDS
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval or rejection by email.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
• Shipping charges paid on the original order are non‑refundable.
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect.

8. EXCHANGES
• If you need a different size due to our packing error, we will send a free replacement once we receive the wrong item back.
• If you want a different size but the original order details were correct, we treat it as a new order (no free exchange).

9. DAMAGE ON DELIVERY
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
• Take photos of the outer packaging and the product.
• Email us within 24 hours at support@print999.com.
• After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
