TERMS OF SERVICE – PRINT999

OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Print999 website (www.print999.com) and any related services, products and content (collectively, the “Services”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Print999. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and policies, you may not access or use the Services.

Print999 is powered by Shopify, which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years old; and  
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account details (including email and phone number) up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS – PRINT‑ON‑DEMAND DEVOTIONAL APPAREL
Print999 sells print‑on‑demand (POD) apparel and related products, primarily Hindu devotional and spiritual T‑shirts. Each product is printed only after an order is placed. As a result:
• Minor variations in colour, placement and scale of artwork may occur between digital mockups and the final product.  
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary based on screen settings and production.  
• Because products are made‑to‑order, we cannot resell returned items. Returns are accepted only as described in our Refund Policy.

3. USE OF DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, logos, graphics, text and other content on our products and website are owned by Print999 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

When you purchase a product from Print999, you receive a physical item for personal use only. You do NOT receive any rights to:
• Reproduce, copy, or modify our designs;  
• Resell, license or commercially exploit our designs;  
• Print our designs on other products or in bulk; or  
• Use our artwork in any digital or physical media without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. RESPECTFUL USE OF SPIRITUAL CONTENT
Our designs feature Hindu deities, symbols and mantras created with cultural respect. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:
• Treat these designs with respect in line with their spiritual significance;  
• Not use the products in any hateful, derogatory or disrespectful context.

Print999 does not make any spiritual, religious, astrological or healing claims about the impact of wearing our products.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase products subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only after:
• Payment is successfully processed; and  
• You receive an order confirmation email from Print999.

We may cancel or modify an order due to reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

6. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The final price payable at checkout includes product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other payment gateways shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that:
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method;  
• The information provided is true and accurate; and  
• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.

If GST is applicable, it will be displayed on your invoice along with our GSTIN.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Current standard timelines:
• Order processing & printing: typically 2–3 business days.  
• Shipping within India: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms and is available on our website.

Key points:
• Return/exchange window: 7 days from date of delivery.  
• Eligible only for quality issues, manufacturing defects or wrong item/size shipped by us.  
• Products must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.  
• Return shipping cost is usually borne by the customer unless the issue is clearly our error.

9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Services:
• For any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose.  
• To violate any applicable law or regulation.  
• To infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.  
• To upload or transmit any viruses, malware or harmful code.  
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.  
• To collect customer data from the website for any unauthorized marketing or commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Our website may include links to third‑party websites or services (including payment gateways, courier tracking pages or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third‑party websites.

You access third‑party sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Print999 is powered by Shopify, which provides the e‑commerce platform for our store. All purchases, customer support and obligations under these Terms are between you and Print999, not Shopify.

By using our store, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for:
• Order fulfilment;  
• Product quality;  
• Customer support;  
• Any claims or disputes arising from your purchases.

You expressly release Shopify from any liability arising out of your transactions with Print999.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as required by Indian law, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;  
• Non‑infringement of intellectual property;  
• Uninterrupted, secure or error‑free operation of the website.

You use the website and products at your own risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Print999, its owners, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:
• Your use of or inability to use the Services;  
• Any products purchased from us;  
• Any errors or omissions in content; or  
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your information.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print999 and its owners, employees, agents and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
• Your breach of these Terms or our policies;  
• Your violation of any law or third‑party right; or  
• Your misuse of the Services.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@print999.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
